If you do rent from us, your lease will explain clear expectations and benefits you should expect to receive while you are living in a Manco Property. Once you move in, we continue to be there for you, offering convenient options for rent payment and are responsive to any requests for maintenance you may need during your stay. We also keep a financial log of rent payments in order to help you track your own rent payment history. If you do decide to graduate to home ownership, we also offer a Rent to Home Service that can help you move gradually from renting to owning your home.

Online Rental Payments

Paying rent is easy to do online. You can visit your secure and convenient tenant portal to make a one-time payment, schedule future payments, or set up a recurring withdrawal from your bank account.


Online Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests can be made online, too. It’s as easy as logging into your portal and describing the problem. We’ll send someone from our maintenance team to help as soon as we can.


Responsive Communication

You’re important to us, and we want you to feel comfortable communicating anytime there’s a question or a problem. Our door is always open – virtually or in person. Let us know how we can help you have a better rental experience.

Jules and his staff are Aces!!! Although I did not follow through with using their services, they were great in there willingness to do a property assessment, in order to get the property rent ready. That is, before I decided to sell the property. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!

During the portion of my rental term in which ManCo was managing the property, I found them very responsive and concerned regarding my satisfaction. Certainly issues came and went, but ManCo would ultimately remediate any issues. The only negative was upon terminating the lease, the majority of my security deposit was not returned. Outside of paint, the livable space was actually in better condition than upon original lease agreement. ManCo has a good staff of personnel and contractors to maintain the properties and conduct necessary maintenance.
