At Manco Property Services, in Dayton, Ohio, this is exactly what we aim to do. If you do rent from us, your lease will explain clear expectations and benefits you should expect to receive while you are living in a Manco Property. Once you move in, we continue to be there for you, offering convenient options for rent payment and are responsive to any requests for maintenance you may need during your stay. We also keep a financial log of rent payments in order to help you track your own rent payment history. If you do decide to graduate to home ownership, we also offer a Rent to Home Service that can help you move gradually from renting to owning your home.

Paying rent is easy to do online. You can visit your secure and convenient tenant portal to make a one-time payment, schedule future payments, or set up a recurring withdrawal from your bank account.

Online Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests can be made online, too. It’s as easy as logging into your portal and describing the problem. We’ll send someone from our maintenance team to help as soon as we can.

Responsive Communication

You’re important to us, and we want you to feel comfortable communicating anytime there’s a question or a problem. Our door is always open – virtually or in person. Let us know how we can help you have a better rental experience.

Manco is a wonderful company to rentt with. My first week they got right to things I needed fixes ,listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. I am impressed by their speedy response . The maintenence men were respectful and knowledgeable. The staff in the office was easy to work with . Karen was explanatory and compassionate about our needs. So far so good. I hope to stay with them for years.

We had Jason Kiddle, He showed us about 3 homes and did a great job! Although we didn't go with any of the homes we looked at , He was very personable and kind, and was trying in anyway to help us with finding the perfect home! Highly recommend him if you need help! Plus he was open and honest about everything! 🙂 I can't say enough kind things about him!!
