If you do rent from us, your lease will explain clear expectations and benefits you should expect to receive while you are living in a Manco Property. Once you move in, we continue to be there for you, offering convenient options for rent payment and are responsive to any requests for maintenance you may need during your stay. We also keep a financial log of rent payments in order to help you track your own rent payment history. If you do decide to graduate to home ownership, we also offer a Rent to Home Service that can help you move gradually from renting to owning your home.

Paying rent is easy to do online. You can visit your secure and convenient tenant portal to make a one-time payment, schedule future payments, or set up a recurring withdrawal from your bank account.

Online Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests can be made online, too. It’s as easy as logging into your portal and describing the problem. We’ll send someone from our maintenance team to help as soon as we can.

ManCo has been competent and efficient. They keep me appraised of the rent paid by my tenant on the app. The rent (less their fees) is paid into my account every month. Repairs have been carried out competently, the charges fair. My tenant has grumbled about the time taken to get repairs done but he was used to me coming over the next day when there was an issue. I no longer live in Dayton so hiring ManCo has been the best solution for both of us.
