Karen Lewis is amazing. I currently went through a surgery and was in a bad situation. She worked tirelessly with the Veterans Service Commission to keep me in my home. She did things above her normal duties. She cares about the men and women that served there country.

Manco is a wonderful company to rentt with. My first week they got right to things I needed fixes ,listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. I am impressed by their speedy response . The maintenence men were respectful and knowledgeable. The staff in the office was easy to work with . Karen was explanatory and compassionate about our needs. So far so good. I hope to stay with them for years.

You need to use your turn signal. I was behind you on Dayton Springfield road May 16th at 1:10 p.m. not one time did you use your turn signal and you were pulling a trailer. Please think of others

We had Jason Kiddle, He showed us about 3 homes and did a great job! Although we didn't go with any of the homes we looked at , He was very personable and kind, and was trying in anyway to help us with finding the perfect home! Highly recommend him if you need help! Plus he was open and honest about everything! 🙂 I can't say enough kind things about him!!

From the start this entire staff was extremely helpful I saw two apartments before I made a decision both times they were extremely patient as I checked it a lot of things I finally settle run the apartment I did because they were running an amazing special on it a great five star experience definitely worth your five-star review Go to this place you will not be disappointed I have lived in an apartment three different times and this is probably the best management company I've been with everything's up front honest and everybody seems like they're genuinely there to help you so yes I have no problem giving you guys a review when there was it she's notice after moving they quickly fixed it while I was still at work
