I found ManCo through the World A'Fair. I wasn't very excited about the Dayton market - until I talked to Susie. She was very helpful in her explanation and profoud passion for Dayton and the prospects it offers. I'm still in the consideration phase, but I do know that I will be working with Susie when we are ready to invest.

Every time I need assistance they are always there always willing to help. I texted Gerard last week at 730 am and he called me with 15 minutes and had a tech on-site by 9am
