If you do rent from us, your lease will explain clear expectations and benefits you should expect to receive while you are living in a Manco Property. Once you move in, we continue to be there for you, offering convenient options for rent payment and are responsive to any requests for maintenance you may need during your stay. We also keep a financial log of rent payments in order to help you track your own rent payment history. If you do decide to graduate to home ownership, we also offer a Rent to Home Service that can help you move gradually from renting to owning your home.

Renting from ManCo property services was quite literally the worst experience of my life. They rented out a cockroach infested building, that took them 2 months to fix a literal gigantic hole in my window that allowed it to RAIN IN MY APARTMENT. To the point mold grew in my apartment that took them a month to fix. Even basic maintenance requests take weeks to be completed. They refuse to communicate through email, phone, and they purposefully changed their office hours to be the most inconvenient so you can’t talk to them. Because they want you to shut up and keep paying for an uninhabitable space. They illegally changed my locks despite me never missing rent, and having paid January rent early, they changed AES out of my name TWICE “as an accident” but tried to charge ME for it, on top of the financial strain they put me in since I was on budget billing and had to pay it immediately due to THEIR mistakes. I seeked and currently am seeking legal action as they still refuse to communicate and comply after agreeing to end the lease and are currently trying to STILL charge me rent. Let me make this abundantly clear, after you sign the lease. They will do everything in their power to avoid you, and not communicate. The very email they replied to you the day before they will claim “we don’t know who gets those emails”, they will claim they have “phone issues”(when they really blocked your phone as I was able to get through via a google voice number but not my phone number they have on file). I know it’s cheap, I know it’s tempting. But DO NOT RENT FROM MANCO

Current resident , I personally really love this rental property they are not like the rest which is what you want . Because alot of the new age property places are no contact, at least with them you are able to call and speak to someone and if that is not enough you are able to go in person to the office. Me and my fiance have been with them for 5 years and do not regret it in fact if we had to pick up and find another home with any one it would be Manco. I really appreciate all of there understanding and some of the leniency in areas i will not go into detail with. Overall great property management just even the thought of leaving feels off since we have been with them for so long its like parting with a close cousin. Do i always agree with subtill charges not really but you can't win them all.

A man named Jared contacted my daughter/real estate client about her collecting her personal belongings from her property that she rented from a previous property management. They took over and locked her out her apartment and performed an illegal eviction without the court's authorization. When she asked which company and what is full name was, he ignored her. When I asked, he told me to contact the previous property management Local Roots Realty. Between both of them, they are responsible for a criminal act against a vulnerable population. The owner of the property as well as this company are in the process of being sued.
