If you do rent from us, your lease will explain clear expectations and benefits you should expect to receive while you are living in a Manco Property. Once you move in, we continue to be there for you, offering convenient options for rent payment and are responsive to any requests for maintenance you may need during your stay. We also keep a financial log of rent payments in order to help you track your own rent payment history. If you do decide to graduate to home ownership, we also offer a Rent to Home Service that can help you move gradually from renting to owning your home.

If you are looking for someone to manage your property, just don't. Jule (the owner) has checked out from his business He likes to talk about his trips to the Florida Keys and Ozarks instead of how your property is doing because he really has no idea. The rest of the team is left with no guidance and unable to fill units. The contract is written deceptively to be able to overbill and blow up your operating expenses. It doesn't even look like fine print, but they will charge a management fee and they will charge for fees such as going on site, meeting a vendor and even posting notices. So their management fee covers nothing. Any billing errors, and there were many, that you point out will not be credited back even though Jule tells you he will. Not to mention I was getting charged for work that never got done and they took funds and never paid vendors. It will be WAAAY too much fighting to keep or get your own money back. Just don't do it! He yelled at me and called me unreasonable when I tried to point these concerns out, so I ended the management.

Called maintenance and that same day the maintenance guy was here and fixed the issue also,he remembers a month ago work order for my tub an kitchen access panel asa the plug Jimmie rigged to my oven clock that needs service has to be approved he took picture on his phone very helpful and professional thanks

Yeah you told me what i said isnt true but i been to apartment and in dayton at yall shop talked to the lady at front desk and my cousin paid the lady at back desk for gos apartment it's also sits by 8 street 703 apartment im waiting on to see renting paper work

They illegally withheld my security deposit after the 30 day window of ORC 5321.16 and have 2 weeks to return communication before being taken to civil court. 🙂 I would suggest never ever renting or anything thru this company!
