They illegally withheld my security deposit after the 30 day window of ORC 5321.16 and have 2 weeks to return communication before being taken to civil court. ๐Ÿ™‚ I would suggest never ever renting or anything thru this company!

Come fix it
I had sent several pictures after a big storm and the sliding and panels had come apart. It gas not been fix yet. Over a month ago when I place through maintenance.

Iโ€™ve rented through ManCo once before now and it was just as friendly and fast as previously! I have no complaints. I was listened to and cared for, any maintenance request are immediately taken care of. I recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.
