I’ve rented through ManCo once before now and it was just as friendly and fast as previously! I have no complaints. I was listened to and cared for, any maintenance request are immediately taken care of. I recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live. Renting from ManCo property services was quite literally the worst experience of my life. They rented out a cockroach infested building, that took them 2 months to fix a literal gigantic hole in my window that allowed it to RAIN IN MY APARTMENT. To the point mold grew in my apartment that took them a month to fix. Even basic maintenance requests take weeks to be completed. They refuse to communicate through email, phone, and they purposefully changed their office hours to be the most inconvenient so you can’t talk to them. Because they want you to shut up and keep paying for an uninhabitable space. They illegally changed my locks despite me never missing rent, and having paid January rent early, they changed AES out of my name TWICE “as an accident” but tried to charge ME for it, on top of the financial strain they put me in since I was on budget billing and had to pay it immediately due to THEIR mistakes. I seeked and currently am seeking legal action as they still refuse to communicate and comply after agreeing to end the lease and are currently trying to STILL charge me rent. Let me make this abundantly clear, after you sign the lease. They will do everything in their power to avoid you, and not communicate. The very email they replied to you the day before they will claim “we don’t know who gets those emails”, they will claim they have “phone issues”(when they really blocked your phone as I was able to get through via a google voice number but not my phone number they have on file). I know it’s cheap, I know it’s tempting. But DO NOT RENT FROM MANCO
