A man named Jared contacted my daughter/real estate client about her collecting her personal belongings from her property that she rented from a previous property management. They took over and locked her out her apartment and performed an illegal eviction without the court's authorization. When she asked which company and what is full name was, he ignored her. When I asked, he told me to contact the previous property management Local Roots Realty. Between both of them, they are responsible for a criminal act against a vulnerable population. The owner of the property as well as this company are in the process of being sued.

Investor here. I Bought a property in the Dayton area that had an old Manco sticker on the water heater. I thought I'd call them 1st just as a courtesy, possibly continue business with other assignments at the property, some familiarity with the heater. A tech finally showed & replaced the thermocouple. The water heater went back out a week later. When I called back all I got was Karen's voicemail and a transfer to the random overseas call center and a service ticket number. 1st problem. 3 weeks later. Karen calls & apologized for the delay, holidays- okay, but by then I already had Brand New water heater from a Real Professional installed. Things happen + Karens kind. Moving on #2) I asked if I could have a Sevice report of an obvious front yard dig, the description, scope of work on a separate previous job the seller said Manco did out front. Karen directed my request to a Jared. Who replied "$200 for the dig paperwork"? Then sarcastically text as if thats some extenuating office task. Dude should be shamed for type of greed & Unprofessional behavior. This isnt 1942 when you dig out papers from a ladder in some dusty cellar! If your looking for a company with less headache, Do yourself a favor and give your money to a better businesses that actually values good service and Still has some Decency. And Yes Jared- Here's your Review.

Do not rent from manco properties. They had bought my building from the previous owners and ever since they have been impossible to get in contact with even regarding emergencies. They do not do their jobs well or treat their tenants with any respect.

They are on top of any issues you have and take care of maintenance requests in a very timely manner. I have had 4 property rental companies since ive lived here and manco is by far the best. Karen in the main office is pretty awesome!
