I’ve been renting from manco for a few years and I can say when it comes to fixing stuff my experience has been top notch. Terrence has always been the one I can count on to fix my problem correctly.
My experience with this company is A-1. I’ve had a few maintenance issues which have been resolve quickly and professionally by a Tech named Terrance. He was very nice and knowledgeable.

They are great as a company but horrible when it comes to communication with the owners who they work with for their properties and their tenants. I had to go through escrow due to the owner of the property not handling maintenance concerns. (HVAC issues, rodent issues, and just simple maintenance was not getting done when I hit the three month mark) When I sent Manco the notice of escrow, they dropped the property and just left me in the wind. I asked if they had any other property Owners that they recommended who would be more reliable and I heard nothing back. But yet when I put a bad review, they offered me $50 gift card to take it down. The experience was extremely disappointing. I get it. Every company has to make money, but seems like they don’t really care about their tenants very much.
