You have been so acomidating when transitioning from the previous owner. I also can't thank you enough for replacing my ancient furnace. I believe it was the orginal when the building was built in the 1930s. I feel like you have a top notch team to help tennants when concerns occur. In the past I felt like I was struggling with the management and that they only were concerned with profits and not us tenants. Thank you!!

ManCo Property Services is a top rated property management company in the Dayton area. I've personally used them in the past and have worked with them as a contractor in the past and I can honestly say they care about there tenants, employees, and clients.
