Evolution of a Real Estate Investment Dream
ManCo’s rich experience & history in real estate investment and management has given it a unique depth in the understanding of real estate investors and owners needs.

ManCo's original principals were active investors and managers of their own holdings, concentrating mainly in urban communities of Northwest Dayton. ManCo's original principal's vision was to develop wealth and build strong community in the areas they invested in. The principals' partnerships started as early as 1974 and continued to grow into three relatively large portfolios totaling 125+ rental units.

Along the way they learned investment analysis, selection, purchasing, due diligence, financing, rehab, maintenance, sales, all aspects of successful real estate management and eventually all phases of real estate brokerage.

Incorporating and becoming a brokerage was the next logical step for these principals. Thus in 1988, ManCo Real Estate Management, Inc. began offering its wide variety of services to the general public.

Over the years ManCo has grown into a well organized, highly skilled and well respected property services company servicing Greater Dayton’s real estate market including its local clients, customers and even a world wide client base.
