If you do rent from us, your lease will explain clear expectations and benefits you should expect to receive while you are living in a Manco Property. Once you move in, we continue to be there for you, offering convenient options for rent payment and are responsive to any requests for maintenance you may need during your stay. We also keep a financial log of rent payments in order to help you track your own rent payment history. If you do decide to graduate to home ownership, we also offer a Rent to Home Service that can help you move gradually from renting to owning your home.

Paying rent is easy to do online. You can visit your secure and convenient tenant portal to make a one-time payment, schedule future payments, or set up a recurring withdrawal from your bank account.

Maintenance requests can be made online, too. It’s as easy as logging into your portal and describing the problem. We’ll send someone from our maintenance team to help as soon as we can.

ManCo is now managing the properties of my landlord, Mr. Felipe. At first they weren’t on top of lawn care, now they are (except for some reason our bushes are still not being trimmed; that needs to be addressed). When there’s an issue, it is resolved in a timely fashion. I’ve been in need of a new ac unit for five years, and I just recently received one. Very grateful for that. Besides having complaints with the new neighbors, everything else seems to be going okay.

They got replacement keys pretty fast for me. The pesticide guys are quick and efficient. Maintenance gets in and out, efficiently. I’m honestly thinking about starting a new lease with this property service!

To date, every maintenance request I've submitted has been addressed in a timely manner. In addition, any follow-ups have also been scheduled and completed, as deemed necessary by the maintenance team. Finally, the maintenance technicians who arrive to fulfill the maintenance requests have always been professional and courteous. Sincerely, D.B.
