Misplaced my rent and claim that they couldn’t find it and didn’t look at the cameras to verify. Manco wasn’t always the property management for my building but since they have been for about 2 years now, I haven’t had nothing but issues
Business Owner replied on Oct 21, 2025:
We did check the cameras and you were not on there 1x. The money order that you spoke of said it had not been cashed and I believe you were getting another copy. Once that is done we will accept the rent and everything will be ok. We would not do anything with your rent payment besides put it in our system. It's an unfortunate and we will gladly accept the new money order when the bank rewrites it.

Horrible experience and the next year I have to live here will be hell. I am very disappointed and made my complaints known and nothing was done. I put in maintenance requests that are ignored and dont even have functioning outlets.
